How to make Interactive Content?

The creation of interactive content can be a complex process. Especially if you don’t yet know which formats the target group prefers and how they interact with the content. But with the sensory overload and the amount of published content, it becomes more and more important to stand out from the crowd and to address the consumer with personalized formats.

Since there are a variety of different formats, it is important to carefully analyze and understand the target audience. In general, two types of audiences can be distinguished:

Professional audience: Especially in the B2B sector in the financial, technical or SaaS industry, interactive content such as infographics help to summarize complex data volumes in a professional and clear way.
Casual audience: In the B2C sector and especially on social media, quizzes, surveys and mini-games are an effective method to get more engagement.

Of course age and other demographic criteria play an important role in the choice of content. The company’s goals and the product should also be considered. For example, if you want to obtain detailed customer data, interactive surveys are particularly effective. For a product launch and potential leads, a landing page is suitable.

Most content becomes “interactive” by including additional links, input fields, buttons etc. For this purpose, it makes sense to work with a UX/UI developer to create an attractive experience.

Surveys, infographics or quizzes can also be created by the user through a variety of online software. For professional and target group specific results, however, it is often worthwhile to go to an agency.
