Since 1987, Generali Switzerland has been pursuing one goal: to enrich the lives of its customers with simple and personal insurance solutions and to accompany them on their personal journey through life. Generali offers solutions for different life situations. These include property, legal expenses and life insurance as well as pension solutions. Generali has about 1800 employees and 53 locations throughout Switzerland.
To illustrate a corporate strategy is not an easy task. There are many complex details that have to be taken into account and yet should be presented in a way that is understandable to every employee. In the beginning, we obviously also had to understand important strategic core areas of the company in order to implement them visually, informatively and interactively.
Particularly challenging in this project was the large number of people involved from different levels. We received clear instructions from the client and thus had less creative leeway. So we had to set a 100% focus and implement the specifications in the best possible way to achieve a successful result.
Communication is crucial – and this has been proven over and over again. “My daily routine actually consisted exclusively of phone calls with the creative team to discuss details of the project” – says our project manager Fabienne.
But the result is worth showing! An illustration presents the world of Generali. By clicking on numbered buttons, the user gets a detailed insight into the strategic business areas. The colours and graphics are in complete harmony with the company: Colourful and positive – so is the brand. Because Generali’s goal is to create a positive and emotional experience for the customer.
A lot of brainstorming and 24/7 calls have probably paid off for Fabienne and the entire creative team: The customer was absolutely thrilled with the final product! We are happy about a successful project and appreciate this exciting cooperation.
