Who or what is Monvia?
Monvia AG is a health centre with various locations in Switzerland. The focus lies on general medicine and integrated medical care. Monvia is a subsidiary of Concordia and currently employs more than 170 people. Employee and patient satisfaction as well as respect and sustainability are at the top of Monvia’s corporate culture.
Working for Monvia is not like working for any other company. Respect, transparency and trust are Monvia’s top priorities. And that is exactly what a recruitment video should convey in a positive way. Today, the healthcare sector comprises a labour market with a large number of companies.
But what sets Monvia apart from the competition? Why is Monvia an attractive employer? How do we emphasize the key values of the company?We were faced with the great challenge of providing all the necessary information in a concise and captivating way. At the same time, the video had to be in line with the corporate design and convince the viewer of a career in healthcare.
And so we created an abstract video that takes us on a visual journey through the most important corporate values. The video is dynamic and colorful, using 2D motion graphics, proving us how shapes, colors, and typography can be used to create impressive animation.
In just over 60 seconds and without any characters, the viewer is informed about what Monvia as an employer has to offer. The abstract forms and colourful design create a harmonious mood and reflect the positive corporate culture.
